The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution that can be found under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Rechtsanwaltskanzlei RA Dr. iur. Christian Struck MLE does not take part in dispute resolution before consumer dispute resolution bodies except otherwise agreed.
